We work hard to help your business grow, but we do not guarantee any specific result, such as a number of leads, listings, sales, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market and your own follow-up.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services are billed monthly and are month to month. You may cancel at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Bay Crest Media offers an SMS text messaging program for people who contact us or opt in through our website. Messages may include responses to missed calls, replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up about the services you requested. If you separately opt in, you may also receive occasional promotional messages about our real estate marketing services.
